EQUINOX offers a refund policy. However, the rules composing it are very strict. Please read and understand these policies before confirming your purchase.

1. No item sold, delivered and unpacked will be eligible for a refund unless it has been the victim of a printing error.

2. No item sold, delivered and unpacked will be valid for a refund even if it is not the right size unless there is an error on our part on the order.

3. No item sold, delivered and unpacked will be refunded if the quality of the print has deteriorated within 48 hours after delivery.

4. No item sold, delivered and unpacked will be refunded if it has been used or damaged by the customer (eg: sticker used, t-shirt torn, etc.)
